On behalf of Collins Construction, our team soft-stripped and demolished a commercial office space near Cannon Street in London. Our work included removing the existing roof covering, structure, associated steelwork, and risers down to level 3. Additionally, we performed a full strip-out of levels 3 and 4, returning them to a shell condition.

 

Despite the challenges posed by the site's proximity to residential and commercial areas, we managed the project with precision and care, ensuring minimal disruption to neighbouring occupants. Our commitment to safety was paramount, and we adhered closely to all relevant regulations regarding noise, dust, and working hours. We mitigated environmental impact throughout the project by implementing rigorous waste management practices.
