Our team played a pivotal role in the successful completion of the extensive renovation project for our esteemed client, Collins Construction Ltd, on the Mole Business Park proejct. Our scope of work included seamless execution of demolition, soft strip, and waste management operations, along with tailored site logistics services such as site management, labour allocation, welfare cleaning, traffic management, hoist operations, and banksmen services, all aimed at enhancing efficiency. In addition, we proudly installed approximately 50,000 sq ft of reclaimed raised access flooring system as part of the project.

 

Our contributions were integral to Collins Construction's broader vision, which involved the comprehensive renovation of a 98,000 sq. ft. commercial and medical facility. This encompassed a full strip-out of the existing 1980s building, followed by Cat A and Cat B office refurbishments, upgrades to toilet cores, circulation areas, mechanical and electrical services, creation of cellular offices, meeting rooms, catering facilities, removal and renewal of external façade finishes, infilling an upper-floor terrace for office space, enlarging ground-floor accommodation, and the addition of new core construction, entrances, and car parking facilities.

The result is a modern office complex that sets new standards for the business park. It offers cutting-edge facilities while promoting productivity, sustainability, and well-being.
