At Capital House, our team, in collaboration with Collins Construction, provided soft strip services and bespoke site logistics; we facilitated the transformation of Capital House into a space ready for renovation and renewal.

Our soft strip services involved the meticulous removal of existing materials and fixtures. This process required careful attention to detail to ensure that the site was properly prepared for the next stage of construction. In addition, we provided a full logistical package to supply the site with essential labour resources, ensuring seamless operations throughout the project.
